Missing railing after e-bike theft

Reported via desktop in the Railings, bollard, & post damage category anonymously at 10:57, Mon 16 November 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2389633.

A railing is missing (taken a couple of weeks ago along with the e-bike that was padlocked to it). A child could fall through the resulting gap and there is a nasty drop on the far side. This is on the South side of Portland Place, just outside the student block at the top of Harley St.

  • There is some hazard tape criss-crossing the gap for now. In the longer term it needs to be replaced.
