Bollard knocked over to bypass need for key to lower it.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2390033.
As reported by phone last week, the bollard has been knocked down & lock broken by contractor working on a house further down the green, as a result contractor vans are speeding up the pavement tearing up the green. Someone is going to be injured or killed if bollard not fixed.

We have looked into this issue and found it is not the council's responsibility. We have passed this report to Curo to take action as this bollard is maintained by them.
