Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 2391946.

Resident previously reported issue (2390603).

Wessex Water inspected site this morning (17/11) and confirmed the manhole is not their responsibility. Advised resident to report back to council to continue conversation.
