Large Ash tree on Norton Lane verge diagnosed with Ash die back

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2393670.

This ash tree growing in the roadside verge has been diagnosed with "ash dieback". It is overhanging Norton Lane and our property. It also has our overhead power supply cable and telecoms cables for all of Norton Lane passing through its canopy.

  • The council does not own nor is responsible for this verge or these Ash trees, the landowner is responsible for them. However the council will investigate what action it is possible to take. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.
