Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2393814.
Within the roadside verge junction are 5/6 dead elm trees caused by Dutch elm disease. These trees are at risk of falling across Norton Lane and Hanny's Lane. These trees have telecoms cables passing through their branches. Other trees on this corner verge are healthy.
The council does not own nor is responsible for this verge or these Ash trees, the landowner is responsible for them. However the council will investigate what action it is possible to take. We will update this report once we decide what action to take. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.
