Water Lane covered in branches where hedges have been cut

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2395774.

Someone (possibly a farmer) has obviously been cutting back all of the hedges along water lane today and has left it in a terrible state. There's branches and hedge cuttings all over the road making it very difficult to walk along.
