Railings been hit to significant leaning position

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2399341.
The railings have been damaged in the night and are now sticking out dangerously. Pedestrians will have trouble walking past this and will be especially difficult for those with prams and wheelchairs.
