Overhanging vegetation on pavement adjacent to Sainsbury’s car park. Tried to push wheelchair along there as the ramp onto carpark is quite far along the pavement, not enough room to push wheelchair without parts of the hedge brushing across person in wheelchair and I had to walk in the road rather than having my head in the hedge while trying to also push wheelchair that was on the pavement. Also overhanging vegetation on the footpath between said pavement and Priory Close.
