This ice cream van and it's queue obstructs the pavement/path which is a considerable nuisance when we are all trying to social distance. Furthermore the van churns up the ground it stands on. 10m away is a area of hard standing identified on the map. Why doesn't he park there? Please stop this van parking here. 2301440 complaint originally made 18/9/20.
