Garden waste & child car seat fly tipped

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2408470.

A large bag full of garden waste (about the size used for 800kg of stone) and a child car seat has been left on the pavement for month. Believe the garden waste is from the house the waste is outside of, but not certain. Not sure where the car seat has come from.
