Pot holes &mud in center of road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2408680.

Been reported many times.Mud has never been cleared away. Potholes get filled in and return within a month. Whole lane needs to be resurfaced. As reported before it is extremal dangerous on a bile or motor bike especially when they fill up with water,and very damaging to vehicles.
