Farmer has cut the hedgerow and left debris on pavement. This is causing a problem with walking dogs. They are getting thorns in their paws. I also think it would be a problem with cyclists.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 2 days, 1 hour, 3 minutes later. Council ref: 2408850.

This is causing a problem with dog walkers, the dogs are getting thorns in the paws and I also think it would be a problem with cyclists.
