Uneven surface in front of Garraway Youth Club

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2412789.
First of all, many thanks for fixing the series of cracks and potholes at the corner of Worcester Buildings with Worcester Place, submitted via FixMyStreet on 26 October (Council ref: 2358135). Last week the work was carried out and we are very pleased with the results and the fast turnaround. A very positive review was given to the BATHNES Council Facebook page highlighting the job well done, and a letter of thanks was sent to the Council.
With the works having reduced some of the vibrations and road noises, it also allows us to finally identify where the worst vibrations come from. After much observation, we can identify 3 remaining bumps/indentations on the road which account for the worst shakes whenever a heavy vehicle drives over them. The shakes are not just a nuisance, they also affect the long term integrity of the adjacent 3 properties and the road itself. Hairline cracks have appeared in the walls of some of our properties. Furthermore they can be a hazard for road users especially cyclists. For these reasons we believe that they should be removed.
The 3 bumps/indentations were not marked by the council during their inspection in early November, possibly because they were obscured by parked traffic. The attached photos indicate where they are.
We would appreciate it if the council can look into it and fix these remaining bumps/indentations. Thank you for your attention.
