A large pothole along the walkway around the pond area

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2414957.

After taking a walk here on Saturday I sustained an injury requiring hospital intervention after falling and twisting my ankle in the pothole on the walkway around the duck pond

It is possible that there is a collapsed drain under the boating pond, which will necessitate a more detailed assessment of the area before deciding how best to fix this problem. We will update this report once we decide what action to take.

  • Hello, We found an open well or large vertical pipe where a child could fall (please check photo for location). We didn't know its depth but it could be very dangerous if I child falls inside it. Please close it properly before there is an accident which could cause very serious harm to young people ( even endinh in death ).
