Fallen capping stones on wall at the Triangle, Hallatrow BS396EY
High Littleton parish Council ask that you reconsider your position with regard to this issue.
The wall was constructed by yourselves (Bath and North East Somerset Council), the responsibilities for maintenance have never been passed to the Parish Council, and we request that you effect the necessary repairs. We are concerned about the wall, as this area is frequented by school children on their way to and from school, and they frequently walk along the wall. We are concerned that there may be a fall resulting in injury due to the loose capping stones.
