Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2418154.
It comes back every year. But has been there about a 2 weeks.

Dangerously deep pothole on the way to Kilmersdon right after a bend. Impossible to avoid if oncoming traffic or even see of the road is wet. Accident waiting to happen

The road surface is breaking up (almost outside no 8 Kilmersdon Road). Also just before the Radstock town sign going down the hill there is a large pothole and the centre of he road has a gouge in it.
