Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2431457.

Too many photos to add! All graffiti says SIMO or similar. You can’t miss it! On someone’s way home from the city to Bear Flat, Bloomfield Ave and Oldfield Park.
