After heavy rain Lane floods uncontrollably , two drains in this area could be blocked

Reported via mobile in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 18:16, Thu 17 December 2020

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2436988.

After heavy rain there are unreasonable amounts of water gathering at the bottom of my mothers drive you can see how much water there is. I am wondering if the two drains here need cleaning to reduce the amount of flooding.
