Faded/non existant pedestrian road safety lines
Reported via mobile in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 21:51, Thu 17 December 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2437182.
I previously reported this issue on:
12/11/2019 05/02/2020 12/11/2020 and today 17/12/2020.
Council ref: 1982867, this has been marked as Fixed, but it hasn't been.
The markings for the pedestrian 'safety zone/walk way' on the lower half of Welton Road (Radstock) desperately need repainting. In places it 's not even visible.
This is causing a danger to pedestrians as there is no pavement and typically cars drive too quickly and too close along this road. Also with the darker nights there is less visibility and safety for pedestrians. Please can this issue be resolved? Anything you can do to ensure the safety of pedestrians on this road would be really appreciated. I've been trying to ask for this to be looked at for over a year.
I've attached new photos taken this evening.
