Overgrown trees on cycle path behind my property at 43 Wheelers Roaf
Reported via mobile in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 09:02, Tue 29 December 2020
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2451208.
The trees & shrubs are so high that they hang over my rear garden and are a real eye sore. There are brambles & thorns in them that fall into my garden. I think done cutting back has recently been done on the cycle path but they haven’t cut close enough to the rear gardens on Wheelers Road & the trees haven’t been cut down in height at all. The same applies to the trees & thorns on the steps to the cycle path that run along side my rear garden, This issue needs to be dealt with urgently as it’s putting a lot of pressure on my side & rear fences & before long they will push my fencing down. If this happens, I will expect the council to replace my fencing. So many people dump their rubbish & garden cuttings up there too.

I have reported the overgrown trees at the back of my property on the cycle path SO many times & they’ve still not been cut down. They are a real eye sore from my garden & putting so much pressure on my back fencing. They need to be cut down as a matter of urgency!

The trees on the cycle path behind my property on Wheelers Road have still not been cut down despite numerous reports to you! My back fencing is being put under tremendous pressure & this matter needs sorting as a matter of urgency! The fencing that runs up the side of my property that leads to the cycle path, and is BANES responsibility has this morning partly come away from the fence posts due to the bad weather over the last few days, leaving a large gap! I have 5 dogs which could easily get out! Please send someone as a matter of urgency to deal with these matters! If my dogs escape or my fencing is damaged any further I will hold BANES 100% responsible! I have reported this to you so many times now & nothing has been done but this is a very serious matter now!!
