Offensive Communist slogan and symbol

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2458305.

Graffiti remained on wall opposite the ‘harvest’ shop, there for several months now, a hammer and sickle along with ‘YCL’ - young communist league. Anyone from Eastern European countries decimated by communism should not have to look at this kind of slogan
