Drain at top of Short Lane has been blocked and overflowing for 2 months now - this is not a sewer it is run-off rainwater from higher up the hill on Hillcrest. It has been reported several times and the potential danger during cold weather highlighted. BaNES Highways dept employees have told us it their responsibility not Wessex Water and needs clearing asap, please confirm when this will happen.
