Drain blocked

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2462459.

Drain very blocked inside. We have cleaned the cover off and tried to dig it out but it’s very blocked inside the drain. Causing flooding and in this cold weather causing large black ice
