Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2463510.

For years now every few months a road cover starts making the most ridiculously loud noise everytime a vehicle drives over it. Surely by now this should be rectified. And please don't pass it around to the utility companies awaiting it to return to yourselves.
