Road surface sinking over gully

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2467710.
This part of road surface has sunk by about 100mm over the past 12 months or so,it may lead to collapse of the gully and then damage or injury to road users.It may also cause flooding to numbers 184 to 189 as has happened before. This is the third time I have reported it.
