'Carriageway patching repairs' are scheduled for 2-4 March. More than 'patching' will be needed to fix this!

Is the patching just seen as a 1-day job? No sign of it having happened or being in progress today 3 March.

Well? The contractor has had 3 months to do something. Are they just hoping the problem will go away?
