Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 21 hours, 53 minutes later. Council ref: 2470025.

I complained last year about the same problem, but only half the job was done. The hedge between the pavement and Greenacres Court has never been cut ( Curo seems to have cut every other hedge around Greenacres Court). This is covering half the pavement now , therefore would be much worse when it grows again. I was told last year by BANES that Curo had been imformed of the problem and would address it Also the road needs the sweeper again , as it's full of wet sodden leave's and blocking the drain. To sum up , can the hedge be cut back and cleaned up so that the pavement can be used properly, and the road be cleared of the rotten leaves.

  • We have emailed Curo at hello@curo-group.co.uk and have asked them to cut back the vegetation here. We will ask our Cleansing team to send a sweeper to this area.

  • The hedge has now been cut back, making the using of the pavement much better. Lots of dead leaves left at the bottom of the hedge, could do with a good cleanup. Still waiting for the Council to clean the road from rotting leaves that blocks the drain.
