Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2471772.

The first incident is a large pond liner filled with other rubbish (location in first image) and the incident further down is a bathroom suite (toilet and sink) flooring, bags, drums of liquid and general rubbish (second image).

Is it possible to get any surveillance on this byway? I cycle it most weekends and there most weeks stuff is dumped down there.
