CATV manhole collapsed after Recycle & Waste Vehicles cut corner and trvel on pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2474127.

Recycle & Waste vehicles cut corner and travel on pavement causing the manhole to sink, with edges deteroriating and becoming a trip hazard.
