Black bag dumped in field gateway - now ripped open by birds. It was too dangerous for me to stop in my vehicle and get out to take photos so images were taken through windscreen

Spotted black bag dumped on Monday morning and when I drove by again on Tuesday morning the bag had been torn open by birds/animals. It’s obviously household rubbish, but the whole of Marsh Lane is covered in rubbish and is an utter disgrace.
