Road Edge/curb line being eroded by traffic/vehicles

Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 10:41, Thu 14 January 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2477356.

As you can see from the photos due to the width of the road, traffic is cutting the corner and churning up the grass verge and the curb stones are damaged. The damaged is caused mostly by the bin lorries and other vehicles that size. Noting that residents are technically allowed to park on the road (no double yellows) this damage is only going to worse. Please could the council widen this corner and relay the curb stones to avoid further damage?

  • Hello, the churn up and damage is getting progressively worse, please updated photos attached.

Could someone let me know if the council plan to rectify the issue?

    Thanks Imogen Forrester

  • The pin is in the wrong location, the damaged area/curb line/verge is up by number 34 to 30.
