Wooden bollards knocked over by large lorries

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2477423.
Over a period of many month's the bollardsat the top of Oolite Grove have been knocked over by large lorries (refuse and delivery) and also courier vans, could you please arrange for these to be replaced where missing and reset in firmer deeper concrete
