Damaged pavement slabs on Lower Camden Place causing water to enter residential properties

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2485270.
The paving slabs along Camden Road (Lower Camden Place) are damaged and have large gaps between them. This is causing waster to seep through into our residential property at number 1 Lower Camden Place. Please resolve

A bit more detail: A number of paving stones outside No 1 and No 2 Lower Camden Place have been cracked and depressed in to the ground near the kerb. Potentially risking the vaults below. And the pointing between slabs has been eroded over time, causing water ingress in to the vaults.

It looks like someone has been to investigate (impressively quickly). Unfortunately, however, they seem only to have marked slabs for repair outside No.2 but those outside No.1 are equally in need of urgent attention.
