All gullies / drains on the south side of the Upper Bristol Road along the stretch from the bus stop though to 4 Windsor Villas require clearing of sand, grit and silt.

Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category anonymously at 12:36, Saturday 23 January 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 day, 18 hours, 50 minutes later. Council ref: 2496819.

Following rain the highway drains are unable to clear the surface water and extended /lengthy pools of dirty water collect.

Pedestrians walking along the pavement are therefore drenched with dirty runoff every time a vehicle passes by travelling in the direction towards Bristol.

Dry weather permits the slow discharge of surface water when it can be clearly be seen that the gullies are full of sand, dust, silt and leaves.

I have reported this issue in the past and would greatly appreciate if planned a maintenance programme to clean the gullies can be initiated. Thank you.
