Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2501879.
Looks like the ditch by the side of the road is blocked, this is leading to ice build up on road on sunday two cars slid on ice through into field, there is a piped stream here and it goes under the road

Thank you for your report. This issue was due to field run off from the excessive rain we’ve had. Incident date according to our records was Friday 22/01/2021 not Sunday but all issues were dealt with on the day within an hour. Both the gullies and ditch are running. Hessian salt bags were placed at the run off point. Upon inspection (26/01/2021) no issues to defect, no water running across carriageway.
