Drivway washed away after pavement works and broken man hole cover

Reported via desktop in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 11:59, Tuesday 26 January 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2502207.

There appears to be a pipe leaking under the new pavement created on the high street which has washed the sand away from under our bricked drive and allowed it to cave in. The boundary of our drive and new pavement is dipped/sunk and the water has also affected the man hole cover in the drain on next door's drive leaving a gaping hole around the cover. Two very dangerous holes are nowpresent (around the drain and in our drive) and I notice a house further down has reported a full drain for several months so the water is perhaps flowing further down and filling other drains. This caving in hs happened just after the latest work was done to the high street to create a visual pavement
