Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2512026.
The pavement has been damaged for nearly 3 years (been previously reported but given all clear) but over past couple months has slowly been getting worse and within last few days it has started to break up with large chunks of tarmac sticking up
