Manhole cover loose on Wells Road A39 in Hallatrow

Reported via desktop in the Manhole & drain cover damage category anonymously at 13:42, Monday 1 February 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2516257.

Manhole cover loose due to disintegrated tarmac around the edge. Very noisy when cars drive over it right outside Bloomfield Cottages. It has been like this for quite few months but has got worse over past few weeks. Causing distress to an elderly man as the drain is right outside his house and it is very noisy when cars drive over it. The road is very busy so it’s constant. Please could someone look into this ASAP.
