Damaged footpath between Charlton Road and Alexander Road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2519495.

There are currently builders in location in the Alexander Road area. Is it possible to see if we can talk with them and fix the footpath that adjoins Charlton Road and Alexander Road whilst they're in the vicinity?
