Smithams Hill surface water drainage

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain: Blockage inside drain category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 15:58, Fri 5 February 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2527674.

I hope you can help. We have been having ongoing problems with the rain drainage at the top of Smithams Hill. We regularly clear the side of the road from leaves etc to enable the water to flow into the drain, however it is completely blocked now and the water is pouring down the edge of the road. It has removed large portion of tarmac but more importantly the water has damaged our wall and the pointing has come out as a result. This is an urgent matter, can you help please? I have attached a video taken this morning.
