Speeding traffic

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2543322.

Constant breaking of the 20mph speed limit in Weston High Street. As soon as traffic turns into the High Street from the roundabout at the bottom of Lansdown Lane they accelerate. Is the speed limit advisory or legal? Why has nobody been prosecuted? We need a speed camera.
