There are many potholes on Southdown Road which are now extremely deep, causing cyclist and oncoming traffic to swerve these potholes. Accident waiting to happen.

The state of this road is shocking, so many deep potholes, it’s dangerous and needs addressing urgently.

Still no action. Incredible to think that the local authority is content to tolerate the risk these holes present to road users especially cyclists. As for the damage, is there any link between the change from the smaller lighter buses previously on this route to the full size ones which are now chewing up the loose edges at an alarming rate?
