Tree slowly coming out of the ground behind cynthia villas

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2556730.

Tree now at around 45 degree angle and looks to be on its way down which would crash through the shed of neighbouring property. Please attend to make safe
