Electronic 30mph “Slow down” sign not working?

Reported via desktop in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 11:16, Friday 19 February 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2556919.

As per above, not sure that this sign detecting and displaying advisory “Slow down” message any more.
