Unnecessary Screening behind Bus Stop

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2557196.
Bus stop outside Green Park House has had extra pavement added, but the Screening used while building the pavement is still there an serves no purpose apart from being an eysesore..Can you remove it.

The screens seem to have been repositioned. Are they necessary? What purpose do they provide? Could they not be removed entirely?
