Rubbish

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 15:35, Friday 19 February 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 56 minutes later. Council ref: 2557774.

I have complained before about rubbish on the pavement in front of the rear fence/gate. It was cleared after some weeks after loads of rubbish including builders material was dumped there. It is there again and now a tin of white paint has spilled on to the pavement adding to the mess. I was told it could be the people living in the property but cannot confirm. Surely the Council can do something about this if it is them or put up a notice. It is a health hazard apart from anything else. Why have’nt these people been prosecuted? Left hand side part way before rec.
