Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2562340.

BT manhole cover making a loud noise as vehicle drive over it. Same problem occurred about 6 months ago and just got louder and louder. Eventually repaired but starting to be very noisy again. Very busy rd so Carries very heavy traffic.
