Excessive littering on the road and in bushes

There are hundreds of items of litter along a length of road starting at the junction where Stockwood Road meets Stockwood Lane, running the whole length of the road until Stockwood Lane becomes Staunton Lane. I have never seen so much litter in one place before. It’s as if a rubbish lorry has accidentally lost its load.

My friend reported this issue at the beginning of last week and received a communication to say that the rubbish had been cleared. It has not!
