Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2566643.

The carrier bag has been dumped next to the road with a couple of other items (bicycle saddle and mudguard). It is about one hundred yards along lane from Midford to Twinhoe, on the left as you start to go up the hill, next to entrance to the Two Tunnels Greenway.
