Potholes only partially repaired

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2567371.

Raising the issue again re pot holes outside number 16 High street in road causing water building up when raining which sprays on to front of house and door and cyclists having to swerve around to avoid. Showing as fixed - only half repaired - maybe they ran out of tarmac? Ongoing for weeks now.
